Allows multiple users to access and manage the program such as departmental key issuers and security personnel. This version can also be used effectively when installed on a small network that would be used by a Service Provider. The levels of access and the privileges assigned to each user are defined by the program's administrator.

• Individuals who issue keys may be set up not to have access to the key system information. Other users, for example, could be restricted from Assets or Personnel information.
• Provides all sites with the flexibility to issue and manage keys in various ways to match their style. For example, many departments may issue keys at their own locations while the locksmith maintains the key system information from the shop. Key issuance may be handled centrally by the Lock Shop or from another specified location while departments access keyholder and room information locally. The program may be set up and configured to accommodate a variety of organizational styles.
